Clean Oregon title. This is an HMS 18 which later became called West Wight Potter 19 in production. The dimensions are the same but the Potter accounted for the rudder in the length. This boat has only been used in fresh water but would be a great coastal cruiser if desired. The keel is amazing condition as the boat has been on the trailer when not being sailed.
