The boat is located at Great Oak Landing, Dock A This is a 31 foot sailboat from 1984. The sails are good with some cosmetic wear and the motor is reliable. It always started fine since I have owned it. It has a solar panel that keeps the batteries charged. It also has auto steer which is a big help for longer trips.
