Nice 1980 Irwin 40 Citation Sailboat! Runs great, just needs some love and new sails. Interior has been neglected (see pics). We never used the inside and never overnighted in it. Some mud-dobbers got in, varnish is peeling in areas, the wood floor and paneling could use a good refinishing.
