Installed lazy jacks last season and new masthead fly (Windex), ready to install. Comes with stainless boarding ladder that fits into place on port side when at anchor. Interior cushions in decent shape. Capable of shore power hookup with outlets on STBD bulkhead. Will need LOTS of love and TLC to make her pretty...I just do...
