Purchased with bad engines in 2008 my economy never picked up after the downturn so it has always been a condo on the water. On Tybee Island at the bridge on Lazaretto Creek with Bubba Gumbos Seafood Restaurant at the marina. It has 14'11" beam so plenty of room. Forward stateroom in the bow and midship stateroom in the back of the cabin. Head with standup shower, galley and large cockpit. We used it as a weekend getaway but haven't in a few years.
